Inlet Manifold - Oil Separator pipe
So while I investigate further my possible inlet manifold leak, I noticed that the Oil Separator pipe end has snapped off, now I can't recall if I did it today or previously not noticed, but anyway, new one is on order.
I'm wondering on what would be the symptoms of driving without this pipe connected ?
I have light evidence on the underside of the cover of a manifold leak, I also have the P006a code now and again, and where I think the crack is, it looks like the common region for such. Smoke test didn't show anything, and there are no other codes showing or pending.
I also have a intermittent starting issue, hoping all is connected.

That's the cross head breather. Later models don't use them, so you can just blank off both heads and the nipple on the separator box.
Or, snap off the other end of the broken pipe at the 'T' and use some copper brake pipe in place of the plastic pipe.Joe

My breather was broken in the same way, and only once I knew about it did I notice a dirty/oily film over everything in the engine bay.
It may not have been the cause but I'm yet to clean the engine bay to find out if it's now better
