What’s this plug??
Hi All,
I’ve been wondering for ages what is plug is?!
It is clipped to the top of the FBH and looks as if it should have another section of cable to connect to, but I can’t for the life of me find where that missing section would be.
From reading various posts about the FBH I was wondering if it may be to do with the old pre heater/timer function as mine is an early (54 plate) D3.
Any insight on what it’s fir and/or what should be connected to it appreciated.

They are normally unconnected.
It’s for a water diverter valve
The old function is the red wire in the bottom of the picture
