Just a thank you to Kirsty in the Thatcham team who has sorted the insurance for the coming year for me. Managed to smash over £200 off my renewal from previous provider. As has been previously mentioned, no computer queues, no waiting, no multitude of options to select just an understanding human who is willing to help. Thanks again Kirsty.
