| Reverse lights sticking on |

I’ve noticed My 2016 D4 has developed an issue with the reverse lights staying on, once you’ve selected reverse they come on and then remain on no matter what you select ie drive, park etc. Only turning the ignition off and restarting turns them off but obviously only till you select reverse again.
It went in for service at main dealers a couple of weeks ago and also had a new prop shaft fitted due to a failed centre bearing, I assume the reverse lights were ok then, I don’t drive the car that often but noticed this yesterday, I’ve booked it back in at the dealers who said they hadnt seen this before but wondered if anyone had any idea what may be the cause.

As a conclusion the fault was traced to a chaffed wire in the little boot cubby hole where the detachable tow bar is stored, D4 graphite, Loire Blue, ebony leather.
