Looking for advise, I have a 2005 Disco 3 SE with original Sat Nav. I’ve seen on EBay 2014 Sat Nav discs. I know they won’t be current but better than the 2005 one I have. The advert also states compatible with Denso systems. So has anyone done this and how do I know mine is Denso, whatever that means😳. Thanks in advance.

it will be denso.
ppl report that the voice command no longer works with those ebay discs (should you use that feature)

I've tried one of those discs - yes they work but the voice command function doesn't - it will say that in the small print...
Depends if you use the voice command. I see no ships........

Voice command works with some, not others. I bought a £25 2018 disc and voice didn’t work. Queried this and was told 2015 was the latest version they had with voice, so got that (for a fiver) and it works fine. 2018 disc is now in the Freelander which doesn’t have voice control fitted anyway!
