Hello
I know this is not the D5 forum, and I have asked, but no joy….
So….
Is there an alternate to the IIDTool? On my M5, I used bimmercode to adjust the factory settings. I do have somewhere an IIDTool…. Just can’t find it.

Quite of few of us use the Autel and it can be used on different makes/models. Pretty sure it can be used on your M5/D5

Hello,
You did in fact get the answer on the D5 forum.
You ask if there was a device that could change settings, and were told the answer "no, but the IID are working on it".
The autel can do simple things like read, reset codes, reset service interval, out handbrake in service mode etc, but it cannot change settings activate/enable/disable features that were not done at the factory.
