How to find an old screw in a piece of wood
Well u use ur back of course , lost my footing and fell back onto it, right on my lower back
Feel so angry with myself as I was just plodding along and making progress little by little
Can hardly stand now,
Hopefully I’ll be able to get started again sooner rather than later , plus feel so bloody stupid

Ant that the truth , every time u fit a new blade, crunch
Well I thought I would try a different approach , lol
While I’m at it , Could always try using a wire brush and some old spice to clean it up and put a hole in the ceiling

Bless u, can laugh at it now, could have been so much worse, just feel so bloody stupid but it’s done now
Just the most annoying bit that I was in a form of a stride but as they say it is what it is
Fingers crossed there be some decent programs on Netflix
Plus seen and heard of so many horrific accidents on building sites , never forget one where a guy was standing over an angle grinder , another person plugged it in and the grinder jumped up and caught some very important bits , never saw it just heard about it
Plus imagine many have also seen / heard of accidents like that happening at work etc

when they were building the submarine complex at devonport dockyard 50 years ago...there was a 3 foot square hole in a floor slab with a 8x4 sheet of ply over it..two guys pick up the ply and walked away....one guy went down the hole...deceased...simple acts....devastating effects..learn from that
