It will be the usual result, they won't turn up at court, will get a token fine or ban (on a licence they don't have and won't ever bother applying for) and they'll be back on the road in a few days in another death trap endangering everyone else... repeat ad infinitum....I want to see the sweets before I get into your windowless van...
