So, Billie Eilish (she sings, apparently) is 19 but when she was about 13, she MIMED to a "song" by Tyler The Creator called Fish and it got videoed.
Said video has now surfaced on t'internet and BECAUSE IT'S IN THE SONG she can be seen mouthing the word "chink".
As this is a "racist, anti-Asian slur", she is now getting castigated by the world - including those who, even yesterday, were her devoted fans.
WTF ... where is all the ranting at the guy who wrote the song in 2011 ? there is none.
FFS ... my Grandson, 12 months old, is in videos where he mis-says a word and it sounds like it starts with an N, ends in R, and has a G in the middle. I guess we need to destroy all evidence or he will be doomed when he grows up.

Was listening to a Jimmy Carr interview earlier, and I’ve heard other comedians say the same..
“You’ve already made the joke that will end your career and it’s been long forgotten”.
He doesn’t know which it is, or even it when will happen, but sometime in the future, “someone” will find something he has said in the past offensive and kick up a fuss, everyone will jump on the bandwagon and he will be done for.

I’m sure if peeps trawled through this august and learned forum they’d find unPC posts that in these mad days would see us sent to the online tower and pilloried. At least Martin can blame us retrobates, it’s what we do.
