All visitors are banned if they have been in the UK within the 14 days prior to their arrival in the US of A. As with all the covid travel restrictions this can be circumnavigated by going somewhere else first for the appropriate time period. Just like people visitibg the UK froma red list country can avoid costly hotel quarantine by stopping off in either an amber or green country on their way to the UK. Its a bit like money laundering but with your travel history 😂😂

Now that is a nice place to launder the travel history!
Hmmm. Many, many years ago when I worked for an airline I had an apprentice assigned to me. I sent him off on a flight to Barbados, sampling cabin air quality every hour on the trip out and the trip back. Because of the schedule and him not being allowed to work long shifts, he (sadly) had to stay for four days with the crew in their rather nice hotel...
I would have done it - apart from being scared of flying.

LOL
I had once to cruise the Caribbean on a very nice cruise ship to troubleshoot intermittent satellite connectivity. Terrible job, I know. 8)

Nothing to worry abou if you’re still flying, it’s the landing that generally causes the issues.
