Why do you need to change it. The are kits available to remove the cats and put pipe in their place

Did you recently buy this vehicle from a dealer in Finland? I’d take it back and have the dealer fix them as pre-existing issues. Not sure what the catalytic converter goes for but a new EPB module is certainly not cheap.

And yes, JLR tends to use bolts that become soft over the years unfortunately.

you may need to remove some heat shields in the passenger wheel arch, to help access some of the exhaust bolts.

I can't remember.

If you remove heatshields, mark their order, otherwise refitting them will take a lot of time!

This and the youtube video should give you tips.

A reciprocating saw is your friend for removal and a dremel with flexi head to get the nuts off, you will need to drop the gearbox crossbeam to get the new one in!

3/8 impact flexi 15mm 6hex not 12 and long extensions for the nuts too.
