Back to the fold. Which lights do I have ?
Hi, good to be back, I purchased a 2014 HSE, I assumed all HSE had adaptive head lights as standard, off to France next week and thought I would familiarise myself which all the functions but when I went into the menu to change my lights to left hand driving as per manual, I do not have the option. So, what lights do I have ?

There will be a bar code sticker on top of each headlight under the bonnet. That will tell you.

Thank you for the prompt reply. Just had a look and it looks like they are xenons.
I am assuming I do not have adaptive lights, how do I change from right side driving to left.

No need to go to the lengths of removing the light units. If you take the cover off the back you’ll be able to feel the levers.

From the online manual...
DRIVING ABROAD
The headlamps have a beam pattern that eliminates the need to mechanically adjust the lamps or add any external stick-on decals.
To configure the Auto high beam system for the side of the road on which you are driving, proceed as follows:
Using the menu control on the steering wheel, select Vehicle Set-Up via the Message centre.
Select Auto High Beam setting.
Select Drive on Left or Drive on Right, for the side of the road that you are driving.Gone 2016 Landmark D4

Hi, as per my original post, I followed the instructions in the manual but do not have that option in the menu.

This is a for a D3 - the D4 I doesn't have this option IIRC.
Also thought later Xenon's safe to drive abroad without any mods due to light pattern and didn't think beam deflectors work on Xenon's either ....Stolen - D4 Loire Blue

I’ve driven abroad for years and never changed them and never been flashed by upset oncoming drivers so don’t worry about it
