2014 D4 whole car intermittently shuddering
Hi folks,
Had the above problem a few weeks ago following a full service and rear brake discs and pads change by LR. Did turn out to be the handbrake and new handbrake kit etc. fitted. I can now hear the operation, which in the year that I have owned the car I never have. Disappointed in LR dealer to say the least and will complain. Am I right in thinking that the handbrake assembly is inside the drum of the rear discs and would be easy to see the condition of when fitting the new discs?
Thanks all.

Yes, if the disks are removed one would see the state of the brake shoes as well as the other components (pins, knurler, etc.)
Also, as part of the rear disk replacement the technician(s) would need to adjust the EPB properly.
