Hi all new to the site I've got a D3 's with 6cd head unit and amp underdrivers seat has anyone add the sat nav did unit and screen thanks I've also got a lr2 gs with a basic radio fitted and I'm on trying to fit a he premium systemic that

Welcome  is there a particular reason you want to fit the satnav? Usual advice is to get a phone holder and use Google maps or Waze or something. More accurate and better maps

I get the sentiment and mine has the built in screen at the top. I like the 4x4 info and I have tried to use the satnav but it is slow and clunky as well as being out of date and not having live traffic updates. The only real benefit it provides that I can see is the compass on the 4x4 screen.
I always use my phone and have been considering retiring the screen and upgrading my ICE system completely. LR3 MY05 TDV6 2.7 HSE - 130k

Yeah go for a D4 screen as it’s all built into the unit so has the advantages :
1) No wiring to a DVD unit
2) can add reverse camera if you have a gap iid
Only disadvantage is it’s bright at night. But you can press the X to turn it off
