Hello Disco3 Forum
New here, and looking for help.
Disco 3 06 plate TDV6 2.7
developed a strange noise. only happens intermitted, usually when I come off the gas, sometimes when building speed.
Does not happen when stationery and revved.
Can only describe it as:
shhhhhheeeee, she, sheeeeee
rubbish description I know, forgive me !!
Does not have any difference on performance.
Just very irksome, and want to fix it before it gets worse ?
open to any suggestions.

Doesn't sound to bad.
It's when it sounds like Naaaa Noooo you have to worry. 
I would start by checking your brakes and the shields around your propshaft. Andrew

brakes have been stripped down and looked at during MOT, but prop shaft shields is a possibility ?

It would also be worth checking the intercooler pipe for splits Andrew

Thanks for that, sounds like a trip to my mechanic to check both drive shaft shields, and intercooler hoses.
Might be worth replacing them anyway
