2015 Discovery 4 No Cranking!?

Hello Very Happy

I own a D4 in Japan and it wont cranking since I replaced my starter.

According to the technican said, he short the positive less than 1 sec. by accdently.

Now the situation is the pinion will pop up but not turning. Theres no error fault codes. Big Cry
The problem still existing even he fitted two brand new starters. So the car is sitting in the shop for a week.
Any ideas please? Bow down
