Sat Nav stays on.

If I want to get something from the motor and open it using the remote, the sat nav and radio displays come on. Then when I lock it the displays stay on unless I re-open, put the key in the ignition and then re-lock. Is this normal?

Yup. Car takes a while to go back to sleep again. Quite normal.
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

If you're worried just press the stereo on/off switch before you lock the car and the screen will go off.
