[Wanted] Turbo hose the short one in silicone
Anyone have one they never got round to fitting (in silicone ply) please?
It's the one that goes onto the turbo - I don't need the other two bigger ones.
Thanks in advance.

Did you manage to sort out a short hose?
I have one in the garage which I didn’t get round to fitting before I traded my D3 in for a D4.

Hi
Great ur sorted , Hope u don’t mind me asking but will be interesting how u get on replacing that short turbo hose plse as also going to replace mine , additionally I’ll be removing that long metal pipe as my air inlet hose that fits onto the turbo is also split , fingers crossed getting both of them out may give me more room, famous last words, lol
By the sounds of it there very fiddly to remove
Hope ur get on ok and u didn’t mind me asking if u might be doing a thread for when u replace that short turbo hose , many thks

Yes you need to loosen the metal pipe and the mounting bolts are a right pain. There is a description on here somewhere I found.

Many thks, I wondered that ref the metal pipes , my plan was basically to remove the inner plastic wheel arch liner and then see where those pipes are secured
Sounds like a job that will involve plenty of uj’s / socket extensions and plenty of patience

There are two bolts on the metal pipe bracket that you won’t get a UJ on, stubby spanner’s and a fraction of a turn each time is the answer.
