Has anyone got a trolley jack adaptor for a Disco 3 they no longer need? Sorry about repeat posting but the posts I've seen on this are closed. Thanks!

The one I have sits on the cup of the trolley jack and doesnt have the extra bit in the pic above, Ive cut the image to resemble mine
