P0814 error code
Hi,
My friend's Disco 4 2012 3.0 SDV6, has that error - P0814-01. What can be the cause?
Can see for Jaguar, they refer to gear selector and advice to go through all the gears, etc. but what worries me is circuit malfunction?

Similar lines, could be a bad earth, loose connector or worn wire?
Faulty Transmission Range Display

It is a new buy, but last work on the car is back in Oct 2021.
I forgot to mention that car goes into limp mode.
And rear light has a hole in the plastic. It works, but it gets moisture, so comparing this to disco3, when rear bulba are failing, car can throw any errors.Thanks,
