Those in support know what this means as a response to a support issue - Read The Flaming Manual

When you read live values with the tool, clear ALL faults afterwards because if you don't some ECUs will not have sent values during the live session and this will be interpreted by the others as a fault which will cascade.

It is in the IID manual but I never read it all..
