Tailgate actuator fuse??
My rear tailgate actuator works when connected to an external power source but not when it plugged into the car loom. I’ve looked for a fuse for the rear tailgate but can’t find one listed. Does anyone know which circuit and fuse number it’s on??

Apparently there isn’t a fuse. I have read on another forum that someone else had the same fault and they said “ Apparently the actuator triggered an overcurrent lock-out in the BCM (but no error codes or indications that this is happening).”
I have zero fault codes. But what the hell is an over current lock out and how do you correct it?? Any ideas??

You could try a hard reset and see if it helps. There could be a wiring issue or a failed FET amongst other possibilities but you would expect those would trigger a DTC.
Have a look here P154-157 There will be a fuse but it's indirect(central locking or similar circuit) so if all else is working the fuse is not the problem.
