2012 D4 - Loss Nav, Bluetooth and Radio.
Its been fine this morning and starting back off this afternoon, none of the above. The screen works fine, but Audio is grey’d out saying not available, doesnt register to my phone by bluetooth and the Nav just hangs in initialising. Oh and cruise control says its not available!!
So not the greatest afternoon, as also found that my series 2a needs a new brake M/C - at least thats cheap!!
Pulled fuses 64 and 68 and have left it for a bit to see if it resets - I read it could be a hard reset after this.
Ho hum, all good fun2013 Baltic Blue D4 - a balance between family car and camping machine - trying to not bladder it with stuff I dont need!

I’ve got what sounds like the same issue with the system flickering between radio/cd/dvd buttons blanking out.
2011 D4 with Rear Seat Ents & TV/DVD functionality.
I’ve pulled fuse 64 and refitted which sorted the issue a few times but doesn’t seem to help anymore.
Is there a particular benefit to keeping the fuses out for 24hrs instead of a few minutes?

Hi,
I just read somewhere it gives it chance to discharge - but i think that also relates to doing a hard shutdown when you link the pos and neg on battery terminals, after you have removed from the battery.
The systems have a element of capacitance that will hold some energy.
I didn't try and remove them for only a short time, I just took them out one day and put them back in the following morning.
My display didn't flicker, it just locked up with the audio option grey’d out. No number of turning it on or off made any difference, nor did switching the car off, locking it and returning 30 mins later.
Next morning after replacing 64 and 68 (who designed the position of that fuse panel must have tiny hands!) it all flashed up fine and has been fine since2013 Baltic Blue D4 - a balance between family car and camping machine - trying to not bladder it with stuff I dont need!
