I had an appointment to meet a builder at my home this afternoon 16:00.
No show & nothing heard until 16:55 when I called his mobile. Message went to voicemail.
17:13 he returns my call, no apology, but says that he is on his way & will be here by 17:45 
I may post more later.... [Rant over]

Maybe he mistook 16.00 for 6 o'clock.
