I had water coming in in small amounts on the passenger side. Opened the sunroof and tried the strimmer wire trick to try and clear the pipe which is blocked with crap at the bottom with the bad design star outlet. Unlike the drivers side which has the grill you can remove. So my options where to remove the inner wheel arch and clear the blockage. I didn't fancy doing that so I remove the internal puller trim which reveals the rubber drain pipe I cut the pipe half way down. This allowed me to get a pint of water. I then took a big swig of water and put my mouth over the lower drain tube and forced the water down. Slight resistance but then it goes out with lots of gung on the floor. Did this a few times until satisfied.
I then Re joined the rubber pipe back together with an straight I line connector 10mm
