[For Sale] NEW ‘CarPlay’ for Apple/Android - £50 delivered
Firstly, this isn’t a genuine Apple CarPlay system …..just in case you hadn’t figured this out (due to the low price).
Got this at the back end of last week.
Took a punt on this, thinking it would mirror screen my phone and give me realtime gps on my OS map programmes.
It does, but sadly it only mirrors the screen in the exact same size, rather than fully populating the units screen.
Although a different distributor [from a recent thread], this gives an indication of what they do.

It would've been handy to keep it for the media player element, but I've already got an iPad mount and don't fancy constantly changing over from my iPad to this unit..... and I can live without it.
As said, still brand new and boxed with all original items/packaging.
Contains: Multimedia unit, mounting bracket, 2 stands - flat & sucker, power cable, aux cable, booklet.
Selling for just £65 …. REDUCED TO £50 to include posting to a UK postcode.

Hi romp , does it have the rear view camera ?

It’s just the same one at £111, but that one gets the rear camera.

I got it for my son as he uses his phone for sat nag and was struggling with its small screen. He gets on well with it but takes it out when he parks as it seems like it might get nicked if left in the mountMust stop buying shiny toys....
