Brazil 2011 Discovery 4 TDV6 S Auto Ipanema SandDiscovery 4
Engine age from serial number

Hi
Can any help me, I am in the process of purchasing a 2011 Discovery 4 S, 2.7 - 130000Km, its just had the belts and pulleys replaced, all photographed actually the car is immaculate, I have already paid for it, (that's the way it works here.)

When changing over the documents I found the engine number did not match the DUT of the car so could not change to my name.

I verified this is not the original engine with Landover client service Br, the number on the DUT is correct, the engine number on the silver plate does not match, this is not the original engine.

One other strange thing is the engine number engraving was on the rear of the engine near to the flywheel right hand side, not as shown on the manual at the front.

Can any one help me identify what year engine I have in the car, it runs fine no smoke or hesitation but I don't want to purchase a 2011 car with a 2005 engine, I still have time to cancel the purchase.

number on the block is 027642627DT

Thanks
