Drop in Power/Boost at 2.5rpm?

Car boosts well up to ~2.5k rpm (~22psi) and then it drops by around half to 11 and then climbs to ~15psi at max revs. Fargin engine "rebuilders" are bloody butchers. I could have done a 100% better job in my own garage - only I don't have the ability to get the chassis off the car at home. FFS.

Anyhow they seem to have done a decent job on the internals of the motor. But now I have this issue. When I got the car back (note its been ~8 months since the rebuild with multiple back and forths with this fargin garage) there were two EGR actuators in the car passenger door, so perhaps they replaced these?!?! Or perhaps worse ... blanked them ?? Either way dunno what's happening on the boost side. Curiously in 1st and second there does not seem to be that much of a boost drop its only in 3rd gear +. The engine rebuilders sent it to a diagnostic crew and I was hopeful they would sort it out but here we are. Also as part of this trouble shoot we replaced all 6 injectors too. Took a look at the engine bay today and multiple fixing bolts (i.e. holding pipes in place etc) missing as well .. just infuriating people work like this.

Any thoughts or advice would be welcome - car has zero codes.

Edit: car has one code P244B - Current - Diesel particulate filter differential pressure too high (BANK 1)

Doesn't the second turbo kick in around 2.5k? Possibly a fault with that.

That's what I am thinking although not sure why boost would go up to 22psi and then drop - I am not sure what system regulates the pressure between the turbo's but it could be an EGR valve opening prematurely ... I also keep getting the P244B Particulate code now ... depsite me doing a coded cleaning of the system and the system reporting only 2.4g of blockage - apparently up to 60g is ok ... unless I am reading it all wrong. Feels software / egr to me ?

So long story short primary turbo now blown.

Was quoted ball park 6.5K by RCV for body off repair. Seems toppy. The crowd who originally did the work have gone a bit quiet - but may be only option I have. I have a 6mnth warranty and I've had the car 5 days.

Any suggestions please? I cannot throw any more money at this car now.
