Intermittent P132A-00 fault

Hi everyone, new to the group and recently new owner of a 2008 d3 2.7
Car been running great until yesterday when we set out. Engine system failure alarm on dash and complete lack of power. Limped it home and scanned it.
P132A-00 and P138E-22. Cleared the alarms. Went another test drive and the P132A alarm kept coming back. The fault is so intermittent you can’t predict when it’s going to happen.
I’ve checked the operation of the turbo actuator. It’s moving nice and free with no resistance, and cycling when ignition switched on and off. There no obvious signs or sound of a boost leak. When the car is running fault free she boosts very well.
I’ve searched the code everywhere. Most common being p132b which seem to be performance, where P132A is electrical.
Could the actuator motor be on its way out, causing this fault, are these vehicles bad for looms chafing or water ingress at plugs.
I’d appreciate anybody opinion or advice.
