| 2005 4.4 V8 Thermostat housing replacement |

Hello,
I'm about to replace my complete thermostat housing (The full assembly, not just the top part with the Thermostat).
Do you know if it is possible to do it without removing the intake manifold ?
I've not been able to find a post with someone doing it...

I didn’t touch the intake manifold when changing the whole thermostat housing.
I did remove the throttle body and the EGR, too, since space is rather limited around there.
This is a good video for you https://youtu.be/MHizY9WfVxY. I don’t think the dude removes the EGR but it gave some more space for me. YMMV.

Good catch on my profile, I forgot to update it when I changed my TDV6 for the V8
