Rear Height Sensor Supply 157v?
Evening all,
I'm currently digging into a suspension error, I'm pretty sure it's the compressor as the pressure values down seem right, tank is in great condition, been out to check for leaks tonight (I live in a nice quiet place) and I've got big ears..
The strange thing, while looking at the values of the valves the supply to the Rear left height sensor is showing 157 v.. I everything down and restarted, but again it said 157v..
The fault I get is the standard C160A? Or which ever it is for the compressor taking too long to build up..
I guess my questions are:
I'm regards to to 157v..
Does anyone know why/ seen it before?
Could this value affect the compressor building up air?

Buggy software most likely, 1.57V would be about right - the sensor has a 5V supply and the output is an analogue value from Hall-effect sensors so (apart from the 'special smoke' escaping from the RLM) that voltage being output from the sensor isn't plausible.
You issue could be the filter-drier collapsing on itself, check that first.

However it should be (as a supply value), close to 5V (see rear right value in bottom right corner of screenshot).
Both sensors are reporting 0V as their signal voltage, which seems odd.
Have you tried disconnecting the drop links from the sensors and moving the sensor to see if those signal values change?06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
