Go for LED’s
We put them in my brothers halogen headlights and they where brighter than my Xeon lights

Be aware that if detected at MoT , and that's perhaps a big if , this would be a fail.

I have these in the main and dipped and they are easoily as good as Xenon bulbs - excellent spread and clarity and beam through. just dont go for cheap LED's as you waste your time.

Echoing what Hardware said. If you have a light intended for halogen and you fit something else there it won’t be “road legal”. Maybe the coppers in UK do not care but coppers in other countries might. Besides the dreaded MOT people, I mean. You’ll also be a nuisance to people driving towards you since your light pattern won’t be the same as designed.
