Rear disks and pads

I reckon the above are done!
Local indy has quoted;
Rear discs corroded/worn, pad material very low, calipers
both tight/seized. Handbrake shoes are okay & pivots will
be cleaned/lubricated.
Genuine discs, OE pads, new calipers & slider pins.
Parts & labour £605.23.

I reckon I'm going to have a go at disk's n pads myself and give the sliders and calipers a good clean whilst i'm in there.
Any advise on which set to go with, i've found the below from AAF, they look ok?

I'm on a bit of a budget at the moment, any advise greatly received!

I think I would be looking at the price of new calipers too - once they start to go then their time is usually done!

Edit: Just seen your last line so understand your approach

I'd have confidence in the products stocked by AF. If economy is your priority, go for the B&B kit. Thumbs Up

Should add, the only non LR brake parts I have any personal experience with on LR's is Brembo, which I can't fault.

LR discs are actually very reasonably priced (Duckworths with forum discount). It's LR pads that are stupidly priced.

Don't forget the Rears will need the EPB shoes checked and adjusted whilst you are doing the job.

Download a copy of Bodsys Brake Bible and you should be sorted Thumbs Up Thumbs Up
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
