flashing indicators

HI has anyone had this fault.
Lock the car then at random it unlocks flashing the indicators and bringing the interior lights on and lights up nav screen and radio.
Sometimes it take abuot 5 minuets after stopping before you can lock it.
It just keeps cycling the locks.
Its a 05 D3 and ive done the green splice,

Any idea on the battery condition? Weird things can happen the voltage is low..

Also there is always the possibility of water ingress, I guess?

checked all earths when i had the interior out to fit the sat nav system.

How long do the indicators flash for?
Is it possible one of the keys is damaged and is unlocking the vehicle without human intervention?
Was there any sign of water ingress to the CJB?
Are the doors physically unlocked when this happens?
