| Glow pin for top c/v compatibility? |
|
I can locally source a service kit and glow pin for a top c, however, the sales fella (and I) are not sure if this is compatible with our top V units???
Can any of you tell me if the glow pins between a C is compatible with a V???

No, they aren't compatible. 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

Spoke to LR, whole burner unit is £203+vat 😕

Well a tyre is a 160? You need 4 of them each few years…
Or the price for even one injector… is more expensive, let alone 6 off them….
Or 2 or 3. tanks of fuel….
A new burner last a 10 till 15 years normally….
And it keeps you warm and your motor healty in the winter….

Glowplugs are , as said to you earlyer, on German ebay..

I THINK it is the same, but did not check on partnumber level yet.
In the summer, half the price…(in germany and country‘s like poland, lithuania, etc. At least) Best regards
