Wire Confusion

Evening everyone. The body is back on my discovery 3 chassis. While working through the plugs we have found this behind the passenger (UK) headlight.

Any ideas and also any idea as to why it's been looped?

Thanks in advance guys.

Jamie

It Belongs to the FBH wireloom and is NOT „used“ as standard..

So let it be Very Happy

Edit:
But as i can not see it clearly enough, maybe you mean another plug than i have in mind..
 Best regards
Harold

Its an odd one as if it's not used then why has someone previously put a metal loop in to create a circuit....and if it's for the FBH what should it be doing.

BE good to identify it so I can put my mind at rest Smile Garage are worried it was shorting against something.

You can always have a definitiv check if you want real peace of mind, by looking at the schematics in the workshop manual
