Given the lack of ports in the Disco, are these fairly easy to do and what ports and tools would be needed for this?

You can buy adapters that fit into the ciggy lighter socket

Have you checked in the top pigeon hole?- I have two factory fitted in there, MY14. It can when others can't,

It goes where others don't.

Use a a plug in for the cigar lighter, I found the ones in the car were a bit useless quite honestly.
