Is there anyway of turning the screen off. I can switch it off temporarily through the user settings but when I restart the car it comes on again. I only want to switch it on when I want to use it. Any assistanc appreciated. Disco 3 TDV6HSE Cairns blue auto

No. Dumb fix: Cut a thin piece of opaque rubber material to size and place it over the screen.
Send LR your feedback. A persistent off feature couldn't hurt...

How about a Voice Command "navigation - Screen OFF" "Navigation - Screen ON"
Maybe Land Rover are watching and can add this to the wish list?
