Snapped hose connector - what is it?
Hi all. Just found this snapped plastic hose connector, under the engine cover on the right of the oil filter as you look back into the car. Does anyone know what it is, and whether the car is driveable 3 minutes down the road to the local specialist?

Looks to be the cylinder head breather between the two cylinder heads and the t piece in the centre - go brittle and are easy to break if the inlets get swapped - about 30 to 40 quid to replaceMust stop buying shiny toys....

Should be a 2 minute job to swap over as it just Pushes on
Best pic I could find of the complete hose - yours has been broken off where it joins the rubber part on the right hand inlet manifold as you look from the front ( the other end is still on the inlet probably) you might be lucky and be able to rejoin it to the other part

On later cars ie (Euro6) t’s not there so I guess as a temporary solution you could plug both ends or join with a sleeve over the topMust stop buying shiny toys....
