Site shop- towing electrics charger still available??

I’m looking to buy an adapter to charge my 4 via the towing electrics. Are these still available from the shop (old forum posts suggest it used to be but none of the links work).

I need x1 for a d3 and x1 for a d4 green socket think the d3 is the white socket will look tomorrow in the day light and dry

After a week of having the truck on charge via the towing socket, I am still getting a low battery warning. The battery is in good health but the charger doesn’t seem to be doing it’s job. Any idea why??
