The original LR 017AGM starter battery has started to show signs of failure with the low battery warning & slugglish cranking after it's been sat for a week or two.
The guy at the shop confirmed it was showing low voltage & 65% capacity. I've picked up an 017AGM replacement from BBL. Its's their own brand (Avon), apparently a rebadged Exide, so in theory the same battery that came out.
My questions is have read a threads, do I need to rest the battery detail in the car with the IID if it's a like for like replacement? If so, can you point me in the direction of where to find it? It's not something I recall seeing in the menus, unless it's hiding in plain sight!
All in all, an original battery that lasted nearly 7 years & £160 to replace it isn't bad I guess.

I changed my stop-start battery over without the need for an IID tool and all was well....... always on the road less travelled 🚧
