The dealer is there to be helpful. If they did the job properly then would be no need for anyone to be "rude, aggressive, arrogant, conceited, unreasonable, unrealistic, defamatory, deceitful etc, etc."

Oh yes. I can think of one with hundeds of thousands of miles on the clock and a steering wheel a 1/4" off centre Global Warming.... I'm luvvin it

Dealers, (like any other service company) have to put up with some right f g clowns, some know they are taking the pish, some do it 'cos they are complete feckwits... ultimately, the work the dealers do is paid for either by the customer or LR. The feckwits are likely to get less work paid for by LR than those taking the more reasoned approach
