| Dashlights not turning on |

Just thought i'd ask on here if anyone had suggestions.
Trying to diagnose this issue. Last night, i realized my dash lights (instrument cluster and radio/climate center stack) were not on.
Headlight switch turns on headlights and taillights. Headlight setting does not turn on dash lights. Auto setting also does not turn on dash lights (but i was unable to determine if it the sensor triggered the headlights/taillights on but not the dash lights).
I have checked the fuses f39/f68 in case it is anything related to the instrument panel. Trying to diagnose if it's the switch itself...switch is not the issue as the same thing happens.
Anything i've overlooked?
