HDC fault on startup looking for some help (FIXED)

Fault occurs every time on startup HDC fault, special programs off suspension lowering...

Car runs fine, gears show on dash, speedo works
Brake warning light RED and ABS light ORANGE

Tried:
New brake switch (have D4 LED lights)
Battery is new and 12.4v
Charging @ 14.2v
Checked wiring NSF and OSF inc earths (not tried rear yet)
Checked plugs behind battery
Brake pads/sensors okay
ABS wire/sensors look okay

only stand out code was - C1B02 Return Pump Circuit

Clear faults and it drives 110 yards then re-occurs

Could be me but think can feel ABS under brake foot sometimes??, brakes normally though!!

Any help appreciated.. Smile

Is all normal until you pull away?

If yes, you need to recalibrate the steering angle sensor. Rolling Eyes

Sorry Narpy, meant to add only 2deg out and reset SAS

Removed/cleaned ABS pump wiring connector and added big F transmission and limp mode to list of faults

Re-assembled connector, let car sleep then drove home, brake and ABS lights went out as normal

Not 100% convinced fixed as running with fuse 26 pulled over weekend to ensure ride height so still have HDC bong/light

Will update next week if sorted....

FIXED!! - Removed/cleaned/ re-attached ABS pump wiring connector

ABS pump located in 2nd battery box
Wiring connector on front left of pump
Raise plastic lever to detach, spray a little WD40 and re-connect....simples
