Confirmed P1247, P004D, P2263, P0235 is pending

I can drive using moderate to heavy acceleration 3 or 4 times before restricted performance lights up on the dashboard

I am now getting these codes.

Confirmed
P1247-00
P004D-77
P2263-22

Pending
P0235-94

Any advice on resolving the problem ?

P0235 MAP sensor circuit "pending" suggests the PCM has previously logged this fault and is expecting a recurrence. P004D is also complaining of a wiring/resistance issue on the solenoid. Both of these seem to be culminating in low boost pressure P1247 and P2263. You could try using a fuel additive to clean the turbo vanes as it's entirely possible you have clogged turbo actuator vanes which would cause the actuators to stick. If so this will throw up P0235 & P004D.

But, you will need check thoroughly MAP sensor and its connections, all the pipework and their clips, and especially the plenum where it's secured to the manifold with a large clip. Also all the vacuum hoses and the TSOV itself as these are known to seize, but if so can be freed easily enough.

If you do a lot of city/town driving it can lead to clogging of the turbo vanes. If so get a turbo vanes cleaner in the fuel and give her a good burn down the motorway.

I noticed that the primary turbo actuator linkage constantly moves about 1cm back and forth with the ignition turned on.
I presume this is normal operation ?
Accelerating up to 2500rpm I am getting around 2.4bar boost absolute pressure
Boost pressure actuator desired and measured positions seem similar, along with boost absolute pressure.
Boost pressure actuator controller output is low when absolute pressure high and high when pressure low.
Fuel rail pressure desired and actual are similar.
The problem normally only occurs with a fairly aggressive acceleration.
I have swopped maf and map sensors with known good ones to no effect.

I noticed that the primary turbo electronic actuator arm only moves about 2mm or 3mm when the ignition is on. Should it do a full sweep? Seized internally maybe ?
