Tow bar electrics? Fog light switch?
There’s a plug (that connects to itself and the only wire leading away goes to the tow bar outlet) zip tied to my fixed tow bar stay. The previous owner did this. I’ve been looking for instructions, but none seem to cover this part. I’m guessing this is meant to connect in between the rhs rear light electrical supply and the rear light? Can anyone confirm? Any ideas why it might have been left like this?
Looking at other posts and reading between the lines I think this is the wiring to cut out the rear fog lights when a trailer is attached. It all seems a bit exposed the way its been left...
