Headlight upgrade

I’ve searched but didn’t find the definitive answer to this. If I fit an LED main beam type setup to my xenon headlights, will I still need to code the car to make them work? It’s an XS with halogen currently.

If you take the xenon bulbs out and replace the with LEDs you will NOT have to do anything to make them work!- hope that answers your question. It can when others can't,
