Sub woofer

Ive got a 2009 HSE, on the menu of the infotainment system, it comes up with sub woofer adjustment, but nothing happens.
Does anyone know where this speaker is supposed to be?

Hi. I’m new to the forum & D4 ownership (1 week!), so still reading & learning, but when it comes to hearing the difference to a Sub - what audio source are you listening to? For certain radio (even DAB) isn’t going to have much content at the Sub’s frequencies and a fair few CDs may not either so be sure to try different recordings.
As for Sub location, I’ve seen something inside the NSR panel which could be it?

I thought mine had failed, but it turned out it was still working!
