Lovely car, good luck with your sale. As far as I can see you haven’t listed the trim level (HSE, Graphite etc) .I think that would be worth doing.
I look at these adverts to gauge value and interest level as I have a similar 2016MY car .

It's a Graphite and has lots of extras, heated steering wheel, remote FBH, timed climate control, cubby fridge etc
