Reconnecting front speakers

I have an ex-police D3 and the front speakers are disconnected, presumably to run comms through. I have attached a couple of photos of under the drivers seat, is it the green wires that have been soldered together that I need to reconnect? There are 4 green wires that have been cut at the terminal block. TIA. 2007 V8 S

I’ve finally got round to having a go at this. Managed to remove the terminals from the connector block however I am struggling to find replacements - does anyone know where I can get them from please? Photo attached. They have U4 stamped on them.

No they aren't, but I can supply the terminals from stock for the grey/red connectors as used on the nav screen Smile 06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti
